Get Involved - Volunteer

There are many ways you can get involved in volunteering at MTRI. Students, staff, and researchers all need help with projects like Blanding's turtle nest protection and old-growth forest monitoring, to name a few. You can view a current list of MTRI's volunteer opportunities here. Contact one of our project staff, or email us to find out more.

Education and Communication

Our education and outreach committee helps us reach out to our local communities, schools, and the general public to share our research and institutional knowledge. It is dedicated to improving our communities understanding of biodiversity in Kespukwitk. We specifically focus on organizing our seminar series and March Break activities.
